SHIPPING POLICY

To provide our customers with the best possible experience, we offer FREE insured shipping via FedEx Priority delivery.

Purchases made on this website will be shipped:

  • from SWITZERLAND (to Switzerland and International customers)

  • from GERMANY (to EU resident customers)

SHIPPING FEE

Customs fees and other taxes and duties are not included in free shipping. In all cases, these costs will be borne by the buyer and will be settled at the appropriate customs office. AMBER-WIND is committed to handling all paperwork required for the parcel to clear customs.

To calculate import and taxes for hundreds of destinations worldwide, use the SIMPLY DUTY tool (HS code for 18K gold and gemstone jewelry is 71131940).

An adult signature is required upon delivery, and our insurance coverage on the piece terminates once the package has been signed for. Unfortunately, once tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, AMBER-WIND cannot be held liable for lost shipments.

When shipping to a hotel, transit insurance coverage terminates once the package is delivered and signed for at the hotel's reception desk.

Please keep in mind that AMBER-WIND is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the recipient's inability to sign for the package, technical issues with the shipping carrier, or weather-related circumstances. We are unable to ship to post office boxes.

Important: If the package is returned to AMBER-WIND because you provided a false address or the recipient failed to sign for it in a timely manner, the flat rate of $295 (the FREE shipping option that we give to all of our customers as a purchase gift) will not be refunded.

Once the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to change the delivery address. Packages cannot be redirected once they have been shipped.

Important Note: Due to the high demand for delivery services during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas, some orders may be delivered with a slight delay. Please contact us if your parcel has not been delivered on time.
 

The following countries are not served (or currently suspended) by our courrier: Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Korea, North, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, St. Helena, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelu Islands, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Yemen Arab Republic.

ORDER TRACKING, PACKAGING, GIFTING

Order tracking

When your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that once a package has been sent, it cannot be redirected.

Packaging

We believe in providing our valued customers with the full package of luxury and excellence. As a result, all of our orders are elegantly packaged in our signature jewellery packaging, which includes a velvet box, a signature e-commerce gift box, and an authenticity certificate. We want you to feel special and pampered with every AMBER-WIND purchase, whether you're treating yourself or a loved one. Please see our packaging page for more information.

Gifting

We are committed to providing our valued customers with a truly personalized gifting experience. To add a personal touch to your gift, we would be delighted to include a beautifully crafted gift card with a handwritten message upon request. Simply enter your personalized message in the designated "notes" section during the checkout process to ensure that it is included. In addition, please specify in the notes section if you want us to include a gift receipt. Our goal is to make your gift-giving experience easy and memorable, and we will do everything we can to make that happen.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT provide FREE returns

AMBER-WIND promotes CONSCIOUS SHOPPING as a means of reducing the carbon footprint and negative effects of fast fashion online shopping. Rather than purchasing an item on the impulse with the intention of trying it on and then returning it, we strongly advise you to take your time and carefully select the style, colour, and size. If you are unsure about your size, please refer to our SIZE GUIDE.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the taxes and custom duties paid once the parcel arrived at its destination in the event of a return/exchange.

Return/Exchange fees can range from 80 to 300 CHF depending on the country.

  2. Please include your order number and the reason for your request in your message.

  3. Within 1-2 business days, someone from our team will contact you.

 

Exception: only items that were severely damaged by the transporter or lost before the recipient signed for them might be eligible for a full refund.

All jewellery purchased through AMBER-WIND online store has a 30-day return/exchange policy that begins on the date of delivery. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment once the item has been received and approved.

Returns/exchanges will be accepted only if the tag is still attached and has not been modified or tampered with. Furthermore, the jewellery must be in its original packaging and show no signs of wear.

Special Offers

Final sale items purchased from AMBER-WIND online store are not returnable or exchangeable. Final sale items will be indicated in the product description.
