To take advantage of our warranty, please contact us and our customer service will gladly assist you.
To benefit from the warranty, you should have an online or store printed receipt, or any other form of proof of purchase (such as a bank statement) or proof of gift.
If you are outside of the warranty period, don't worry; you can still use our Repair Service for a small fee.
Following the evaluation, you may be asked to contribute to the costs of repair for obvious physical or accidental damage.
Can the stones colour vary?
Because of their natural origin, natural stones may vary slightly in shade.
These colour variations will not be regarded as flaws or defects.
How do you make sure that your purchased product is of high quality?
One of our fundamental pillars is our dedication to the quality of our jewellery. Our designs are all handcrafted and have an exceptional finish that meets the highest jewellery standards.
All materials used in the creation of our jewellery are subject to strict quality controls and are carefully selected and checked.
AMBER-WIND jewellery has pledged to use only 100% recycled 18K solid gold and only natural gemstones and/or diamonds. Comes with a 750 gold (18K) hallmark, responsibility mark (which attests to the material and description accuracy) and the certificate of authenticity.
WARRANTY
Three-Year Warranty
Every AMBER-WIND handcrafted piece comes with a 3-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers any flaws in our materials and/or workmanship (e.g. you lost or broke a gemstone, clasp is no longer closing well, etc.).
The three-year warranty includes one free treatment of your choice (below listed):
- polishing (to remove scratches or wear signs)
- white gold replating with rhodium
- ring resizing
