AMBER-WIND IS LIVE

It's August 1, 2023, and we are overjoyed because today we officially launch and celebrate the birth our 'baby' brand AMBER-WIND.

To be honest, it was a long and tiring year. I say a year because, while the brand is launching today, we began working on it a long time ago.


First thoughts I got maybe 2 years back, then first sampling at least 1 year back, and like this one work at the time: idea, drawing, design, sampling, production, website, packaging, regulations all came together into one beautiful puzzle called AMBER-WIND.

So we named our first jewellery collection "Tropical Wind". It's bright and colourful, with a rainforest theme used as the main collection inspiration.


The collection includes a wide range of coloured gemstones, including sapphire, tourmaline, topaz, opal, and chrysoprase, all set exclusively in 18K solid gold. We have pieces in three gold colours: white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold.


I wanted people viewing this collection to feel as if they were strolling through a tropical rainforest, feeling the mist on their faces, smelling the flowers, and seeing birds and butterflies flitting around.

Let's encounter it: jewellery is sentimental. We don't need jewellery to be happy, but we do feel happy when we wear it, especially if it was given to us by someone we care about.


Making environmentally friendly jewellery was critical for us. We are impactful environmentalists here at AMBER-WIND, and it was critical for us to find a way to connect the art of jewellery creation with a tangible support we could provide to the environment, especially now that the entire world is facing a massive environmental crisis.


Following extensive research, we decided to donate 5% of our jewellery sales revenue and 50% of our art print sales revenue to The Nature Conservancy (www.nature.org).

Let's go over our first collection in greater detail. There are currently three one-of-a-kind pieces in the "Tropical Wind" collection: Jungle Daisy, Plumeria Pendant Earrings and Victoria Bangle.

One-of-a-kind AMBER-WIND "Jungle Daisy" ring. Features electric blue natural Brazilian Paraiba Tourmaline, white Australian Opals and pink Sapphires. Set is 3 different 18K gold colours. Ring shank was E-coated in green ceramic.


One-of-a-kind AMBER-WIND "Plumeria" pendant earrings. Featuring: 18k Solid Rose Gold - 18.6 g, Mystic Pink Topaz (main stones) - 10.7 ct; Blue Sapphire - 0.36 ct; Yellow Sapphire - 0.31 ct; Pink Tourmaline - 2.5 ct; Pink Rhodolite - 0.73 ct; Yellow Tourmaline - 1.0 ct; Green Tourmaline - 0.87 ct; White, Orange and Blue Opal - 1.81 ct; Light Blue Topaz - 10.23 ct.


One-of-a-kind AMBER-WIND Victoria Bangle. This bracelet features a pair of hand-carved chrysoprase butterfly wings from Australia and a stunning piece of natural (untreated) green tourmaline from Brazil set in wide solid 18K white gold wrist band. The cuff is set with two AMBER-WIND iconic yellow & blue sapphires and encrusted with 15 princess cut white topazes.


The rest of the collection is divided into three colour schemes/moodboards: Blush, Macaw and Jungle.





The number of pieces in stock in our Switzerland studio is extremely limited; please check in stock availability here.
